What Is Managed IT?
Think of Managed IT as outsourcing your IT Department. We'll manage all your technology for a flat-rate fee, based on the number of PC's, Servers and Users you have. We will pro-actively monitor critical parts of your infrastructure and will be aware of issues before they become problems. We will work with you to keep things moving, and you'll never be charged more when problems arrise. Managed IT means it's within our interests to keep your systems running as efficiently as possible.
How does it work?
We will determine how many PC's, Servers, Routers, Cloud Subsriptions etc you have. This shows the scope of what you would like us to take care of and will define which pieces of equipment we will monitor and how?.
Install AntiVirus and Monitoring Agents
We use Trend, Worry Free Business Antivirus. We are then informed in the event of a problem instead of just the end-user. We also install monitoring agents onto servers and routers which will keep an eye on things like disk space, disk quality and memory / cpu pressure. If a resource is underperforming we will know and will recommend a solution.
Hardware and Software Repair
In the event of an issue, we will repair the issue promptly. You will continue to be responsible for hardware costs - but diagnostics, setup and configuration time are covered. We will work with you to determine the best way to resolve a problem in a time efficient manor. Many issues can be resolved remotely. We recommend Chrome Remote Desktop as a cost effective tool for remote support.
We will work with you to make sure your infrastructure stays ahead of the curve. Consulting time is counted in managed IT. Let us work with you as you expand or evolve.
